Madame Marissa and her friend wanted to punish this guy for being weird. So they ganged up on him and ensured that he would never be weird with them ever again. She just crushed it with her feet and it kept her occupied and entertained for some time.
This guy was a terrible and abusive husband. He had to be punished but his wife was too traumatized and scared to do anything. Madame Marissa and her friend found out by accident and they had to help her. So they lured the guy to their house where they trampled his hands and his fingers to teach him a lesson he would never forget. He never touched her after that.
Madame Marissa gave her slave very little to do but she was shocked to find out that he failed in his duties. He did not do them as well as she wanted and so she had to punish him. That is how she came up with a plan to hand trampled him with her high heels. The pain was out of this world and he knew he had to change.
Madame Marissa had never heard of a man faking an orgasm and when she realized that this guy had faked it with her, she was so pissed that she had to punish him for it. The mistress did not want it to happen again so she invited her friend to help her punish him. The two of them stomped and crushed him to make it even more painful for him. He had to apologize and promise never to do it again.

That was to send a message that things had changed and he was expected to do all she ordered him to do.
Madame Marissa did not want to be near a coward and when this guy exhibited signs of cowardice, she had to deal with him. She wanted him to shed off his cowardice and that is why she trampled him with her boots and with her bare feet before she hand trampled him and covered his face to choke him a little. She knew it would take a few more of those punishments to make him stop being a coward.
