Madame Marissa loves diligent people and she felt that this one was not. She needed to have a slave who would be as diligent as she wanted. Madame Marissa and her friend wanted to get some help from this designer. He had marketed himself well but when it came to actually doing the work, he outsourced it. But all the people he worked with were not available and he had to do the work himself. He was virtually useless and the mistresses realized this early on. They were pissed and punished him by smothering him, facesitting him and trampling him.

So she enlisted the help of her friend and the two of them trampled and humiliated him until he learned that he was never supposed to mess with her and to have misplaced priorities.
Madame Marissa felt that this guy was full of nonsense and she did not want to be part of it. So she had to come up with a better way to deal with the guy. She chose to use her trampling fetish to deal with the guy and that is exactly what she did. The mistress had the guy feel pain as well as humiliation and he learned his lesson.

So they looked for a flimsy excuse to use to kick him and beat him up but in real sense, they just wanted to kick him and try new techniques on him.
Madame Marissa was losing money every day that this contractor was not finishing his work. The mistress was pissed at the way in which he worked and especially at his pace. She had told him but he did not seem to do anything differently. So she put an end to that by trampling and crushing him after she had stripped him naked. The pace of work was quicker after that punishment.
